Two years ago, I made a commitment to the Southwestern Region to serve our sisterhood to the best of my ability and elevate the undergraduate experience.
A commitment I have honored through action and service while leading with love... consistently advocating for, collaborating with, and supporting our undergraduates, advisors, and campus partners.
A commitment that has manifested into mentoring and training programs, membership growth, meaningful connections, career readiness, and a focus on mental and emotional well-being.
A commitment I hope to continue as the 2022-2024 Undergraduate Chapter Coordinator.
WHAT PEOPLE SAY

KEVIN SABERRE JR.
University of Texas at Dallas
Fraternity & Sorority Life Director
In the multiple years that I have worked with LaTisha I have been awed by her passion for not only the Tau Pi chapter, but for our entire fraternity & sorority community. She is driven to learn and implement best practices to assist in our vision to create a large, developmental, and inclusive fraternity & sorority community. I believe that she is well- qualified to serve as an undergraduate chapter coordinator for Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.

Soror Latisha Brandon has the servant's heart and passion to help young women. I have personally experienced her impeccable work ethic while working with her on the chapter's executive board and with undergraduate chapters we advise. Her leadership style puts emphasis on leadership development and skill building to equip young sorors for future roles in the sorority and in their personal career paths.

"I was blessed to meet Soror Latisha Brandon in Fall 2017 during my senior year in college. At that time I was very introverted and didn’t aspire to do more as an undergraduate than earn my degree. But her confidence and leadership helped me get out of my shell. She inspired me to stay active after I graduated, join committees, and even serve as the parliamentarian of my chapter. Soror Brandon’s kindness and empathy sets her apart. She continues to be a shining example of how brilliant a Sigma woman can be and what one can achieve. I know Soror Brandon will continue to inspire undergraduates to be the best women they can be because that is what she has done for me."

As a "non-traditional" undergraduate, I knew my experience would be different than most women seeking membership into a sorority. I was already in my 30s with a career and a family. From the day I met LaTisha Brandon, she put my mind at ease and made me feel at home before I even joined. During my time as an undergraduate, she gave first hand experience and advice from a charter member's perspective as we chartered the Tau Pi chapter at UTD, and she was always there for me as a fellow career woman when I need someone to advise or simply listen. I'm blessed to know her and call her Soror!

Latisha Brandon is a resilient, inspiring and passionate leader. Her attention to detail and innovative attitude to make Sigma better empowers every member, affiliate or partner of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority she interacts with. She is committed to being intentional, impactful and meaningful and she is truly proficient. She will pat you on the back when you do a good job, and hold you accountable when there is room for improvement. She pushes me to be a better woman, a better Soror and a better leader myself. Just like John C. Maxwell said, “ A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way."

Soror Brandon has a special place in her heart for undergrads! One thing that her undergrads appreciate is her inclusiveness whether it is to further our journey in the sorority or in life. She adapts well to visualizing other perspectives and uses those unique perspectives to solve problems and grow our sisterhood. Soror Brandon is always there to lend a hand no matter how big or small the
project may be.
